Guide on how to fix the game not loading on the client

Method 1: Clear Browser Cache in Internet Explorer (IE)

1. Open Internet Explorer from the computer:
    

2. In the IE interface, select the Settings button => Internet Options.
    

3. In the General tab => Check the box "Delete browsing history on exit" => Click the "Delete" button.
    

4. Check the checkboxes and click the "Delete" button to complete the cache clearing process
    

Method 2: Clear SSL

• Select the "Content" tab => Click the "Clear SSL State" button.
   

Method 3: Enable SSL 3.0

• Select the "Advanced" tab => Scroll to the bottom and check the "Use SSL 3.0" box
